#91 a ball of the dead

Hey hi,

I've been wanting to write this post for the longest time, but as usual, I sat on it till the very last minute. I would like to blame it on the fact that I don't have my own laptop so we'll just leave it at that.

Fright Night, the bane of my overwhelming stress and frustration (and the cause of my inflamed eczema) came and went, and although we made a loss, we were successful in terms of crowd and putting on one hell of a show. We had parents and families, students from HELP, KDU, Sunway, Inti and everywhere else, and if you weren't there, you probably missed out on the best college-oriented Halloween party of the year. Sucks to be you.

Being the part of the lead organizers and as President of Grapevine (who initiated Fright Night), I must say I am extremely proud of my team and I. Through this, I found people I could rely on, people who showed enthusiasm in their commitments and of course, friends who I have grown to love. With that being said, I also saw the true colours of many others, and not all of them were pleasant. But hey, I guess no one is perfect, right? I just hope that through this experience, the people who were working for/under me managed to grow both personally and professionally, cause I sure did.

I won't say anymore, I'll let the pictures do the talking.

I have grown fond of this little monkey.

And so the Englishman found the Native.

The cheerleading boys from different unis.

Ok so they were so scary I didn't even wanna touch them.

There you have it. This isn't even one eighths of the pictures I took that night, you can find the rest of them on my Facebook account here.

As for the chocolate mint icing on the cake, The Star Metro and NST covered the event & I'm really really happy about that.

That's all for today folks.

Till the next post.

Au revoir & happy *belated* Halloween!
