CNY Eve
yeah. i celebrated it in my uncle's house. it was, okay only. the food was awesome as always. we watched a little tv before eating. after that, the little kids namely my cousins wanted to watch Disney Channel. to us bigger kids, it was TORTURE. they were airing a movie about the zodiac and how the got their positions in the zodiac.
it was fine to watch it at first. i mean, it IS educational. but the thing was, they PUT A BLARDY MUSICAL IN IT! the damn rat was singing, the old MAN WAS SINGING, the ox was singing! gah. too much. so, i stopped watching and i came in to use the computer.
so, as i was sitting down, happily chattering away with yeeweng and victor, when my 19 year old single cousin came and sat next to me. he was sighing away talking about how much time i waste on the computer. he started :
" here you are ladies and gentlemen, our future generation wasting here time on the computer. she shouldn't be doing this. she should be studying for her PMR which is just months away"
haha. swtt.. that's not all. i started stressing a little when i forgot my password to blogger and then he went :
" here you are again, ladies and gentlemen, an example of how much energy teenagers nowadays use, JUST BECAUSE THEY FORGOT THEIR PASSWORD! look at her, everyone. my poor cousin. stressed. WHY? because she lost her password. ladies and gentle men, i ask you this question, is this the example of how our leaders of Malaysia in the coming era will be? i sure hope not, everyone. "
haahaha. i was laughing in my seat. then my 21 year old cousin came pulak. he looked at Raymond (the chatterbox) and said " wth u crapping about? "
raymond : " nicky, im explaining to all these fair ladies and gentlemen about our future generation and why they should keep them away from their computers.
he started again
" ladies and gentlemen, just look at denise. surfing other people's blogs. spamming and all. HAVE THEY NOTHING ELSE TO DO? rather than typing away in this so called 'blog' everyday. wasting their precious time. that's right ladies and gentlemen, PRECIOUS TIME!! oh how i feel sad for them. so ladies and gentlemen, i urge that we all pray, PRAYY!! for the future generation and their brains, rotting away in front of the com. thank you '
with that, he looked at me. i looked back at him. and i exploded with laughter. he's crazy la. especially with all his hand gestures and facial expressions. and the IRONIC THING IS, he's goes online 24/7 too. ahahahaha.
so yeah. that was my new year's eve. thank you, 'ladies and gentlemen'
